To provide administrative support to Traders and business units.

Job Requirements

· Collate, prepare and distribute system reports
· Interact with Traders to ensure payments and reconciliations are finalised within deadlines
· Perform confirmations of structured trades and monitor the returns thereof
· Liaise with legal team to verify wording of new confirmations
· Flag and report all outstanding debits, outstanding confirmations and unallocated funds
· Liaise with clients to resolve ongoing queries
· Escalate exceptions to Risk and follow-through to ensure resolution
· As required, provide input for ad hoc reports, documents and/or presentations according to standard templates and agreed requirements
· Adhere to agreed time-lines
· Use discretion to resolve and/or escalate urgent matters
· Perform ad hoc administrative functions as required
· Ensure the accuracy, completeness and relevance of all information within agreed deadlines
· Identify process and system inefficiencies/issues and liaise with BT to take remedial action
· Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes
· Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders’ requirements are delivered
· Preserves relationships despite airing conflicting views and seeks mutual gains when addressing conflicts

Additional Details

· Grade 12 with a finance-related diploma / degree Experience
· 1+ years’ accounting / Treasury experience
